Produced by Queer Croydon, who previously worked alongside Inspirate to create ground breaking projects like South Asian Queer Pride, we’re thrilled to return for a second year running with an evening of queer excellence at the Real Ale Classroom for AIS 2025. 

This vibrant showcase celebrates queer South Asian artistry across drag, burlesque, dance, and cabaret. Hosted by the dazzling Mahatma Khandi, expect a kaleidoscope of bold storytelling, unapologetic identities, and untold stories brought to glorious life. 

Inspired by the festival theme of “The Stories We Bring, The Stories We Shape,” Shakti Unleashed promises a riot of colour, passion, and pure queer power that you won’t want to miss.
