About the Event
About
Ten Classical Indian Musicians have composed and recorded short ‘samples’ of their work and we’ve sent them to India to be remixed by a multi-award winning electronic DJ and producer.
In partnership with Sitar Music Society, we have teamed up with the Mumbai based performer and composer, Bandish Projekt to create a new musical spectacular. Alongside the release of this new track, we’ll be posting all the ‘samples’ online so you can have a go at mixing your own musical masterpiece!
Artists & Partners
DJ, performer and multi-instrumentalist award winning producer, Bandish Projekt has spread new sounds to Dubai, UK, Austria, Sweden, France, Berlin, Amsterdam and Australia, featuring at Glastonbury, Edinburgh Fringe, Sommerszene Festival, Melbourne Electronic Festival, Village India UK, Incubate and BBC Asian Network.
